Hermeta utilizes LEAN and looks for both intern between (six sigma-) teams of employees as well as

extern with partners for possibilities to employ and fuse her knowledge in the earliest stage possible.Hermeta seeks partners who are honest and trustworthy regarding their external relationships. In this trust, we do not aim to develop short-term solutions, but rather long-term ones with a broad perspective, leading to a better result. Furthermore we feel responsible to point out impossibilities to each other, regardless of the partnership. Nevertheless, we are always looking for possibilities and seek the limits of the best technical products that are both attainable, realistic and simplistic.

BIM is short for Building Information Modeling. Within the construction process, a large number of entities work together to produce the final product, but the roles and responsibilities of these entities change frequently. BIM is the solution that allows all relevant information to be saved, utilized and managed efficiently in a digital (3D) model throughout the construction process. Hermeta has recently employed this BIM protocol.
